I have started Lachlan's 'Spinning Stars' quilt.
Melanie asked me to write down how I make Lachlan's quilt so I've decided to keep a separate blog showing each step of how I make the quilt.

So far I have made four entries starting with a bit about why I sew by hand with the material tacked onto cards, preparation of material and cutting out my templates.
Anyone is welcome to read the blog however because of the detail I would think only people who really want to know how I make this and all my quilts would really be interested.
